Project Overview
Decom Engineering supported GSI in completing an extensive pipe cutting operation on behalf of Chevron in the Indian Ocean. The project required precise cuts on 10" and 16" steel pipelines at a water depth of 150m. The project spanned over 168 days, during which 45 cuts were made with an average cut time of just 10 minutes, averaging 22.5 cuts per blade.
