Decom Engineering was engaged by Liberty Industrial to provide a cutting solution for Chevron's decommissioning activities on Barrow Island. Operating in a highly sensitive environmental zone, the project required a cold cutting method to avoid heat, sparks, and contamination risks. The C1-12 Chopsaw was excavator-mounted with radio control, delivering clean, efficient cuts of both GRE and X65 steel pipe with average cut times of just 2 minutes.
