Sean Conway
Managing Director
Sean Conway, a founding member of Decom Engineering in 2011, has held the CEO role since incorporation. Through innovative engineering and strategic business decision-making, Sean has brought improved cutting and pipe coating removal solutions to the decommissioning industry globally. In addition to his CEO responsibilities, Sean heads up all business development for Decom, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Nick McNally is at the helm of Decom Engineering’s commercial growth, heading up our commercial team. Nina Summerton heads up Marketing, Communications and Logistics at Decom. With an extensive background in marketing, operations, and bid management, Nina brings a wealth of experience to the team. James Conway, an original founding member of Decom, joined the team full-time in January to manage Operations and Engineering. With a diverse background in both medicine and engineering, James brings a wide range of skills and expertise to the team.
