Commercial Director
Nick McNally is at the helm of Decom Engineering’s commercial growth, heading up our commercial team. With an extensive background in leading companies across various industries to successful fruition, Nick plays a crucial role in supporting our Business Development team, securing strong commercial relationships, and continuing to deliver Decom Engineering’s growing track record.
Rohit Ohri
Chief Finanical Officer
Rohit Ohri is the Chief Financial Officer at Decom. With an extensive 30-year career in finance, Rohit has built a reputation for driving strategic change and delivering transformative results across a wide range of industries. His experience spans 12 years in manufacturing, where he held key leadership roles, spearheading initiatives in change management, process reengineering, and systems integration. Rohit’s expertise lies in aligning people, processes, and technology to optimise business performance, fostering growth, and enhancing operational efficiency. His proven track record in leading transformation projects has made him a trusted leader in driving sustainable change and long-term success.
Nina Summerton
Head of Operations
Nina Summerton brings over 25 years of experience in engineering and operational leadership. She began her career managing complex, large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK, developing deep expertise in project delivery, logistical planning, and on-the-ground execution within the civil engineering sector.
Since joining Decom Engineering in April 2023, Nina has served as Head of Operations, overseeing all aspects of global logistics, project mobilisation and demobilisation, workforce planning, and critical path scheduling. She plays a central role in ensuring operational efficiency across international decommissioning campaigns, coordinating teams, equipment, and resources in some of the world’s most logistically challenging environments.
Nina’s strategic oversight and operational rigour ensure that Decom’s projects are executed with precision, safety, and commercial efficiency — underpinning the company’s reputation for excellence in offshore engineering.
Calum Dey
Head of Engineering
Calum Dey is the Head of Engineering at Decom. With over fourteen years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Calum has honed his expertise as a Project and Design Engineer, working primarily within small, dynamic engineering teams. His career has focused on the detailed design, management, and engineering of bespoke client projects, as well as product line technology. Calum’s background spans across decommissioning tooling, production, ROV tooling, and renewables.
Since joining Decom Engineering, Calum has taken a leading role in both onshore and offshore projects. He has spearheaded the development of innovative tooling solutions and served as offshore team lead on global campaigns. A standout achievement in his career is the successful development and offshore execution of the C1-32” Chopsaw aboard the Pioneering Spirit at Brent Charlie.
David Kelso
Technical Sales Manager
David Kelso joined Decom Engineering in February 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise in mechanical design, hydraulics, and manufacturing. Since then, David has been instrumental in driving the success of our offshore projects, from the early development of bespoke tooling concepts to managing tenders and overseeing offshore project execution. His technical knowledge and hands-on approach have made him a key figure in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Head of Business Development
A young and driven business development professional, Michael O’Neill has spent the last two years at Decom Engineering honing his expertise in international communication and relationship management. Business Development Manager – EMEA & Asia
Sam Smith is our Business Development Manager at Decom. An enthusiastic and focused business development professional, Sam has spent the last year and a half at Decom Engineering putting his experience to good use to expand our reach globally into new and unexplored regions. His experience having both worked in offshore environments on a variety of rigs and onshore in different project management / key account management positions, allows him to provide tailored solutions for new and existing clients regardless of the issues they may be facing. During his time with Decom, Sam has opened new doors and nurtured existing relationships. His ability to consistently provide the best possible service to our clients with precision and efficiency has led to excellently delivered executions and reoccurring orders.
