His 12 years in manufacturing saw him in key leadership roles, spearheading crucial initiatives in change management, process reengineering, and systems integration. Head of Operations
Nina contributes over 25 years of extensive experience in engineering and operational leadership, overseeing all critical aspects of global logistics and project execution at Decom Engineering since April 2023. Her impressive background includes managing complex, large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK within the civil engineering sector. Nina’s strategic oversight and operational rigor ensure optimal efficiency across international decommissioning campaigns, coordinating teams, equipment, and resources in some of the world’s most logistically challenging environments to uphold Decom’s reputation for excellence and precision in offshore engineering.
Calum Dey
Head of Engineering
Calum brings over 14 years of oil and gas industry experience to his role as Head of Engineering, specialising in the detailed design, management, and engineering of bespoke client projects and product line technology. His comprehensive background spans decommissioning tooling, production, ROV tooling, and renewables. Calum takes a leading role in both onshore and offshore projects, spearheading the development of innovative tooling solutions and serving as offshore team lead on global campaigns, including the standout successful C1-32” Chopsaw execution aboard the Pioneering Spirit at Brent Charlie.
David Kelso
Technical Sales Manager
David plays a crucial role at Decom Engineering, contributing his extensive expertise in mechanical design, hydraulics, and manufacturing since joining in February 2022. He’s been instrumental in the success of our offshore projects, from the early development of bespoke tooling concepts to managing complex tenders and overseeing offshore execution.
